2

Pick your destination

Choose a local, regional, or global plan for your trip and check out in under a minute.

3

Install in minutes

Your eSIM arrives by email instantly. Scan the QR code (or tap the install link) before you leave — no physical SIM, no tools.

4

Land & connect

Turn on the eSIM line when you arrive. Your plan activates on first connection and you are online the moment you land.

Will my phone work with an eSIM?

Most phones from 2019 onward support eSIM. Pick yours to check — or use the 10-second dial test, which never lies.

The 10-second check

*#06#

Open your phone dialer and type *#06#. If an EID number appears on the list, your phone supports eSIM. No EID means it does not — regardless of brand or model.

How will you use data?

Frequently asked questions

What is an eSIM?

An eSIM is a digital SIM built into most modern phones. Instead of swapping a physical card, you install a data plan by scanning a QR code. Your regular number stays on your physical SIM or primary line — the Flylo eSIM handles your travel data.

Is my phone compatible?

Most iPhones from the XS / 11 onward and most recent Samsung and Pixel phones support eSIM. Your phone must also be carrier-unlocked. If you are not sure, check your phone's settings for an “Add eSIM” option, or email us before you buy — we would rather check than sell you a plan you cannot use.

When does my plan's validity start?

Validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a supported network at your destination — not when you buy or install it. Install it at home on Wi-Fi, and the clock only starts ticking when you land and connect.

How do I get my eSIM after paying?

Instantly. Your order page shows the eSIM right after checkout, and we email you a link to view it — including the QR code, manual install details, and a page to check your remaining data. Lost the email? Use Find my order.

What if my eSIM doesn't work?

Contact us at hello@flylo.co with your order ID. If your eSIM fails because of a verified technical issue, we will fix it or refund you — see our refund policy for how review works.
