Terms of service
Last updated: October 23, 2026 · Nymbis Tech Solutions LLC, Fort Worth, Texas
This English version governs.
1. Agreement to these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Nymbis Tech Solutions LLC, a Texas limited liability company based in Fort Worth, Texas, United States, operating under the name Flylo ("Flylo", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting flylo.co, creating an order, or buying or using a Flylo eSIM plan, you agree to these terms, our privacy policy, and our refund policy, which are part of this agreement. If you do not agree, please do not buy or use our plans. Order confirmations are sent from orders@flylo.co; our support team can be reached any time at hello@flylo.co.
2. What we sell
Flylo sells prepaid, data-only eSIM plans for travelers, covering a specific country, a region, or worldwide use. Each product page states the data allowance, validity period, and coverage before you buy.
Flylo plans do not include a phone number and do not include voice calls or SMS, except where a package title or product page explicitly says a plan bundles SMS or minutes. You can still call and message over data using your usual apps (for example WhatsApp, FaceTime, or iMessage).
Your eSIM is provisioned through our supplier, Airalo, and the mobile service itself is provided by third-party mobile carriers in the destination. Because the underlying networks belong to those carriers — not to us — we do not guarantee coverage, speeds, or availability in any particular place. Coverage and speeds vary by location, building, weather, network congestion, and device. A plan that connects and works is performing as described even if speeds are slower than at home.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to buy from Flylo. By ordering, you confirm that the information you give us — especially your email address — is accurate, and that you are authorized to use the payment method you pay with. We may refuse or cancel an order that appears fraudulent or that we cannot fulfil.
4. Device compatibility — please check before you buy
This is the most important requirement, and the most common reason a plan "doesn't work": your device must (a) support eSIM and (b) be carrier-unlocked. A phone bought on a carrier installment plan is often locked until it is paid off, and a locked phone cannot use any travel eSIM — ours or anyone else's. Some devices sold in certain countries have no eSIM hardware at all.
Checking compatibility is your responsibility before purchase. Most phones let you check in settings ("Add eSIM" or "Add mobile plan") — or just email us at hello@flylo.co before ordering and we will happily help you verify. What happens if you buy for an incompatible or locked device is explained in our refund policy.
5. Ordering and digital delivery
All Flylo products are delivered digitally; nothing is shipped. Delivery normally happens within minutes of payment confirmation and is made in three ways: (1) an email to the address you gave at checkout, (2) your order page on this site, and (3) your My eSIMs library, which you open with a passwordless sign-in link sent to your email — no account password is needed or created. Your delivery includes the install QR code, manual install details (LPA string), an iPhone direct-install link where supported, and an eSIMs Cloud link for managing and sharing your eSIM.
Some plans must be installed or activated within a window stated on the product page or in your delivery email. It is your responsibility to install and activate within any such window; a plan that expires unused because it was not installed or activated in time is not refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Keep your order ID and checkout email safe — together they are the key to your eSIM, and anyone who has them can access your order details.
6. Activation, validity, and expiry
A plan's validity period starts when the eSIM is activated — when it first connects to a supported network in its coverage area, or at the activation point described on the product page — not at purchase or installation, unless the product page says otherwise. Once validity starts, it runs continuously for the stated number of days whether or not you use data every day. Any data left when the validity period ends expires and does not roll over. Some plans offer top-ups; if a top-up is available for your eSIM it will appear in your My eSIMs library.
7. Fair use and "unlimited" plans
Plans described as "unlimited" are provided by carriers subject to their fair-use policies. After a carrier's fair-use threshold is reached, the carrier may reduce (throttle) speeds for the rest of the day or validity period, restrict hotspot use, or take other steps described on the product page. Unlimited means no fixed data cap; it does not mean unlimited full-speed data. Fair-use rules belong to the carrier and are outside our control.
8. Acceptable use
Flylo plans are for personal travel use by the buyer and people traveling with them. You agree not to: (a) resell, rent, or commercially redistribute plans or eSIMs without our written permission; (b) use a plan for anything illegal, fraudulent, or harmful, or in violation of the laws of the place where you use it or the rules of the underlying carrier; (c) use a plan in a way that abuses or disrupts a network (for example, machine-to-machine or server use inconsistent with personal travel use); or (d) attempt to copy, extract, or tamper with eSIM credentials beyond installing them on your own device. We or the carrier may suspend or terminate a plan that breaks these rules, as described in section 16.
9. Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are charged at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Your price is fixed once you have paid — but we may change prices, plans, and catalog availability at any time before purchase, and a plan shown on the site is an invitation to buy, not a promise it will remain available. Prices may not include taxes that apply to you; you are responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges your own bank or card issuer applies (for example foreign-transaction fees). An order is confirmed when payment succeeds and we send your delivery.
10. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our refund policy, which is part of these terms. In short: you get a full refund if your eSIM could not be delivered or activated because of a technical fault on our side or our supplier's side and troubleshooting cannot fix it, or if a plan is withdrawn before activation. Refund requests are reviewed by us together with our supplier and answered within 14 days. Nothing in these terms or the refund policy removes any refund right you have under applicable consumer law.
11. Intellectual property
The Flylo name, logo, site design, text, and graphics belong to Nymbis Tech Solutions LLC or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use this site and your purchased eSIMs for your own travel use. You may not copy the site or branding, use our marks commercially, or frame or scrape the store except as normal browsing requires.
12. Third-party services and links
Our service depends on third parties we do not control: Airalo (provisioning), local mobile carriers (connectivity), Stripe (payments), and eSIMs Cloud (eSIM management links). Their services may have their own terms, and interruptions or changes on their side can affect your plan. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content. This section does not reduce our responsibilities to you under sections 10, 13, and 14 for the product you bought from us.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and our plans are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, and any warranty that service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at a particular speed or place. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you; nothing here excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to an order is limited to the total amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages — such as missed flights or connections, lost profits or business, loss of data, or charges from your home carrier (including roaming charges) — even if we were advised they were possible.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for fraud or intentional misconduct, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded. If a law gives you a remedy that conflicts with this section, that law prevails.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nymbis Tech Solutions LLC and its owners, staff, and suppliers from claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from your misuse of a plan, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right — except to the extent the claim was caused by our own fault.
16. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate a plan or your access to the store if we reasonably believe there has been fraud, abuse (including abuse of refunds or chargebacks), a breach of section 8, or a legal requirement to do so. Where practical we will notify you at your checkout email. Any unused, unaffected plan will be handled under our refund policy and applicable law.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are prospective: they apply to orders placed after the updated terms are posted on this page (we will change the "Last updated" date), and the version in effect when you placed an order governs that order. If a change is material, we will note it on this page before it takes effect.
18. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute relating to them or to your purchase, are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules — subject to section 19 and to any mandatory consumer-protection law of the place where you live that cannot be waived.
19. Dispute resolution — talk to us first, then arbitration
Step 1 — contact us. Most problems are fixable. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to email hello@flylo.co with your order ID and a description of the dispute, and we will try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days.
Step 2 — binding arbitration. If we cannot resolve it, either of us may require the dispute to be resolved by binding arbitration in Tarrant County, Texas, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitrator can award the same damages and relief a court could, and the arbitrator's decision can be entered as a judgment in any court. By agreeing to arbitration, both you and we waive the right to a jury trial and the right to take part in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding — disputes must be brought individually.
Exceptions. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court in Tarrant County, Texas, if it qualifies. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking emergency or injunctive relief from a court, or you from exercising any right that applicable law does not allow you to waive. If this arbitration agreement is found unenforceable as to a dispute, that dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and we both consent to personal jurisdiction there.
20. Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the maximum extent possible (or, if it cannot be, removed), and the rest of the terms will continue in full effect.
21. Entire agreement
These terms, together with the privacy policy, the refund policy, and your order confirmation, are the entire agreement between you and us about Flylo and replace any earlier understandings. Our failure to enforce a term once is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your order rights to someone else without our consent; we may transfer our business or these terms in connection with a sale or reorganization of Nymbis Tech Solutions LLC, with notice posted on this site.
