Who is responsible for your information
Flylo is operated by Nymbis Tech Solutions LLC, Fort Worth, Texas, United States ("we", "us"). We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, email hello@flylo.co. Order and delivery emails are sent from orders@flylo.co.
Information we collect
- Order information: your email address, the plan you bought, quantity, price and currency, order status, and order times. Your email is both your delivery address and your sign-in — Flylo has no passwords: the My eSIMs library opens with a one-time sign-in link emailed to you.
- eSIM identifiers: the ICCID and install details created for your order (QR code data, LPA string, iPhone install link, and your eSIMs Cloud management link). These are needed to deliver, display, and support your eSIM.
- Usage amounts: how much data your eSIM has used and has remaining, as reported to us by our supplier and the carriers, so your library can show your balance and offer top-ups.
- Support messages: what you send us when you contact support, including any screenshots or details you choose to share, so we can resolve your issue and review refunds.
- Technical logs: standard server logs such as IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, and timestamps, used to run, secure, and troubleshoot the store.
What we do not collect
We never see or store your payment card number. Payments are collected and processed by Stripe on its own secure checkout; we receive confirmation of payment, not your card details. And because sign-in is by emailed link, we never collect or store a password for your Flylo library.
How we use your information
- To fulfil your order: provision your eSIM with our supplier, deliver your install details, and show your plans, balances, and top-ups in My eSIMs.
- To provide support, troubleshoot connection problems, and review and process refunds with our supplier.
- To prevent fraud, chargeback abuse, and misuse of the service.
- To operate, secure, and improve the store, and to meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
We do not send marketing email unless you separately opt in, and buying a plan does not opt you in.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the processors needed to operate the store:
- Airalo and the destination carriers: order and provisioning details needed to create your eSIM, activate it on their networks, report your usage balance, and review technical or refund cases.
- Stripe: the information needed to take your payment, prevent fraud, and handle refunds or disputes. Stripe processes your card details under its own privacy policy.
- Zoho: our email provider, which sends and receives store email (order confirmations from orders@flylo.co and support at hello@flylo.co) on our behalf.
- Hosting providers: the companies that host this store and keep its technical logs, only as needed to run and secure it.
- Legal and safety: when required by law, court order, or a valid government request, or to protect our rights, customers, or the service.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The store currently runs no advertising tracking pixels or ad analytics; if that ever changes, we will update this policy first.
Cookies and local storage
We keep this minimal. The store uses one essential session cookie, set only when you sign in to My eSIMs, so the library can keep you signed in securely. Your browser's local storage remembers small conveniences on your own device — your language choice (English/Español) and your checkout email, so order lookup is faster. We use no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking cookies. Blocking the session cookie simply means the library will ask you to sign in again.
How long we keep it
We keep order and eSIM records for as long as needed to provide your plan, handle support and refund reviews, and meet tax, accounting, and legal record-keeping duties — after which records are deleted or anonymized. Support messages are kept while they are relevant to your orders and any review. When the law requires us to retain an order record, that requirement comes before a deletion request for that record (see Your rights).
How we protect it
Information moves between your browser and the store over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Access to order systems is restricted to the people and processors who need it to run the store, and sign-in links for your library are single-purpose, time-limited, and stored in protected (hashed) form. No system is perfectly secure, but we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a small store holding order data — and we hold no card numbers and no passwords, by design.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain uses, by emailing hello@flylo.co from the email address used at checkout. We respond within the time required by applicable law. Some order information must be retained for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or legal reasons even after a deletion request; when that applies, we will tell you what we must keep and why.
If you are in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you have the rights granted by the GDPR/UK GDPR, including the rights above and the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. If you are a California resident, you have the rights to know, delete, and correct your information and to opt out of its "sale" or "sharing" — as stated above, we do not sell personal information and do not share it for behavioral advertising, and we will never discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
International transfers
We are based in the United States. Our supplier, carriers, and processors may process your information in other countries where they operate — this is necessary to provision an eSIM that works at your destination. By buying a plan for a destination, you understand your order and eSIM details will be handled in the United States and in the countries involved in delivering your plan.
Children
Flylo is a travel service intended for adults — you must be 18 or older to buy (see our terms of service). The service is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information; if we learn that we have, we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its "Last updated" date, and material changes will be noted here before they take effect.
